Senior Operations Finance Analyst Opportunity

Elevate your career as a Senior Operations Finance Analyst, focusing on detailed margin analytics and financial reporting within our Canadian Operations Finance team. This role involves working closely with manufacturing and operations leaders to provide essential financial insights that drive strategic decisions. You will utilize your knowledge of ERP systems (including Sage) to manage data effectively and enhance overall reporting efficiency. Strong communication and organizational skills are key to succeeding in our fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end reporting and variance analysis
- Validate and extract critical financial data from ERP
- Own monthly margin reporting processes across data sources
- Analyze costs, providing insights into manufacturing performance
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes effectively
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years experience in finance related to operations or manufacturing
- Strong Excel proficiency for analytics and modeling
- Familiarity with ERP financial systems, like Sage
- CPA designation or in progress preferred
