Senior Business Analyst for Educational Platforms

Join a leading project as a Senior Business Analyst focusing on web-based educational platforms. Elicit stakeholder requirements and facilitate agile ceremonies in a hybrid work setting. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with at least 7 years in agile software development. You’ll lead stakeholder meetings, document user stories with acceptance criteria, and employ collaboration tools like Miro and Azure DevOps. Your role will drive enhancements in Learn Alberta.ca and related applications, significantly impacting public education projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business analysis support for Learn Alberta.ca
- Elicit and document requirements from business users
- Gather and validate existing business processes
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and capture meeting minutes
- Review analysts’ deliverables to ensure high quality
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst in agile settings
- Experience with enterprise web-based education platforms
- Proficient in Miro and Azure DevOps
- Strong in writing user stories and managing backlogs
- Ability to lead user acceptance testing
