Senior Programmer Analyst Level 3

Donna Cona Inc. seeks a Senior Programmer/Analyst Level 3 for a key government client. This role requires strong skills in C++/C#, Oracle PL SQL, and HRMS application development. As a seasoned Programmer/Analyst, you will leverage over 10 years of experience to develop applications for a major government client. Your expertise should include 3+ years in C++/C#, Oracle PL SQL, and working with HRMS applications supporting over 20,000 users. Experience with Oracle broker technology and data modeling will be crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HRMS applications using C++/C# and Oracle PL SQL
- Integrate data using SQL Navigator and Oracle broker technologies
- Model data effectively for large-scale applications
- Oversee development processes, including mentorship of junior resources
- Maintain security compliance with Secret clearance requirements
- Minimum of 10 years as a Programmer/Analyst
- At least 3 years in C++/C# and Oracle PL SQL
- Proven background in HRMS applications
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Valid Secret security clearance
