Drive the development of a new C-UAS capability with ADGA as a Senior Business Analyst. Contribute to the Canadian Armed Forces’ mission-critical projects through detailed analysis and documentation. ADGA, a prominent Canadian technology firm, seeks a Senior Business Analyst passionate about enhancing defence solutions. You will support the Canadian Armed Forces in defining operational requirements and optimizing business processes. This role requires strong expertise in stakeholder engagements, documentation, and business case development, leading to meaningful impact on national security. Key Responsibilities:
- Document business needs and process requirements through interviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for use case development
- Prepare and lead business case documentation efforts
- Recommend strategic solutions for process enhancements
- Engage in various project meetings and briefings
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex programs
- Familiarity with robotics and uncrewed systems advantageous
- Proven track record in business process transformation
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
