The Pembina Institute is hiring a Senior Analyst for a term position ending September 2027, based in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, or Ottawa. In this role, you will leverage your research and analytical skills to contribute significantly to Canada’s energy transition, assisting in the development of workforce solutions that align with clean energy advancement. Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead research projects aligning with organizational goals
- Conduct in-depth policy and regulatory analysis
- Engage in stakeholder workshops and external communications
- Collaborate on government relations and advocacy
- Support fundraising efforts through strategic initiatives
- Relevant undergraduate degree required
- Minimum three years of experience in energy or advocacy roles
- Proficient in research and analytical tools, including Excel
- Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in climate policy or corporate sustainability valued
