Specialty Business Manager for Hospital Sales

Your strategic account planning and market analysis will be crucial in achieving short- and long-term sales objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory
- Execute strategic account plans to maximize sales
- Identify opportunities for formulary listings and optimize protocols
- Accelerate sales through data-driven, customer-focused strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members for business alignment
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Deep understanding of hospital key account dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
