As a Sales Manager, your main goal will be to build vital connections within the community, including residents and families. You will strategize and execute sales initiatives, plan events, and manage marketing efforts to enhance proximity and visibility. Collaboration with leadership is key to driving sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to increase community occupancy
- Forge relationships with residents and community members
- Professionally address inquiries and provide guidance
- Organize engaging events that encourage referrals
- Ensure branding consistency in retail marketing materials
- Proficient in English communication skills
- CPR and first aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Flexibility to travel locally for event management
