Automotive Receptionist

Job Responsibility:

NewRoads Toyota Newmarket , a division of the NewRoads Automotive Group, is hiring a Full-Time Receptionist.

Expect a dynamic and fast-paced environment at this dealership.

This position is often the first point of contact for our customers. It requires an outstanding personality coupled with hospitality-related experience.

Responsibilities of a Receptionist include:

Telephone and Communication:

• Answer all incoming calls promptly and with a warm, welcoming demeanour.

• Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, accurately directing calls to the appropriate sales representatives or departments.

• Provide timely and professional responses to all email inquiries.

• Greet on-site customers with a friendly welcome, ascertain their needs, and notify the appropriate personnel of their arrival.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with all callers, visitors, and colleagues.

• Develop a foundational understanding of the dealership's operations to accurately answer general inquiries.

Administrative and Clerical Duties:

• Execute a range of clerical and administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

• Process and distribute incoming mail and coordinate courier services as needed.

• Assist with the administration and coordination of dealer trades, as required.

Vehicle Processing:

• Complete the vehicle stocking process accurately and efficiently.

• Handle the licensing of new and used vehicles according to established procedures.

Customer Service and Facilities:

• Ensure the service lounge is consistently well-stocked, clean, and organized, providing a comfortable customer environment.

• Previous dealership experience
