- Drive clinic team performance and strategic execution
- Develop staff through targeted training and feedback
- Analyze sales reports and optimize clinic operations
- Address customer service issues with professionalism
- Control clinic expenses and manage inventory
- University/College degree in a relevant area
- 5+ years in a sales or healthcare management role
- Exceptional coaching and leadership capabilities
- Knowledgeable about hearing products and solutions
- Proven track record in client engagement
