- Provide operational leadership across multiple locations
- Develop and execute regional business strategies
- Lead and mentor teams for improved customer service
- Build relationships with industry partners
- Oversee project quotations, tenders, and pricing strategies
- At least five years of leadership experience in HVAC
- Proven track record managing multi-location operations
- Strong understanding of mechanical construction and project delivery
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Diploma in Engineering or related field is an asset
