Territory Sales Manager Vancouver

My client is a new Canadian drinks company obsessed with building excellent brands designing them, discovering them, scaling them.
We're launching two recent RTD beverage alcohol brands into the Canadian market, and we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Territory Sales Manager to help shape the future of the organization.
This isnt your typical sales rep gig. This is groundfloor energy, startup pace, and real ownership!
What You'll Do
Youll be the face of our brands in BC building relationships, winning distribution, activating in market, and creating the kind of buzz that gets people talking. Think: tastings, events, strategic partnerships, retail wins, onpremise momentum, and flawless execution. Youll help shape how our brands show up, how they grow, and how we win.
Who You Are
Youre personable, competitive, and hungry. You thrive with autonomy. You love the beverage alcohol world and know how to move in it. Youre the type who rolls up your sleeves, builds relationships rapid, and makes things happen.
What You Bring
- 5+ years in sales (beverage alcohol)
- Strong industry relationships (bonus points)
- Experience with retail + onpremise accounts
- A strategic mind with tactical execution
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel
- Startup grit and a passion for brands
