Resource Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global is looking for a Resource Coordinator to support a centralized team within Internal Functions T&O, providing administrative coordination and hands-on office operations support. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, supporting managers and their teams, and maintaining efficient office and facilities processes. The Resource Coordinator will manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and contribute to operational effectiveness by maintaining strong organizational standards and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:

  • Maintain organized filing systems for operational documents, reports, and records (both electronic and physical)
  • Draft, edit, and distribute communications including correspondence, presentations, and procedural documentation
  • Respond to inquiries and coordinate communications, escalating issues as needed
  • Support expense reporting processes by preparing, submitting, and tracking departmental expenses
  • Conduct office inspections and assist with health and safety audits, including reporting and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support office operations, moves, and facilities-related activities
  • Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, stocking, and receiving shipments
  • Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhancements

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support or coordination role
  • Strong English writing and editing skills
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to collaborate with teams while also working independently
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability and resilience

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Postsecondary education in a relevant field
  • Customer service or client-facing experience
