What You’ll Do

This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and all production related information as well as collaborating with all functional areas to understand the upstream and downstream impacts. This role is vital to the coordination, timeliness and accuracy of system information.

• Review and validate production details in the system.
• Ensure the accurate recording of materials used for production.
• Receive Inter-Company P.O.s and ensure the accurate recording of Sales Orders.
• Identify inconsistencies and assists with the correction of errors.
• Prioritize and manage workflow of time sensitive information.
• Create report as requested for management.
• Understand the upstream and downstream impacts of the data.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, QA/QC, Procurement, Scheduling and Production to ensure accurate system information.
• Brainstorm and develop solutions for system related processes.
• Ensure the integrity of the production data.
• Troubleshoot missing inventory and other data gaps in the system.
• Coordinate with all functional areas for the creation and maintenance of system data.
• Support design and maintain of processes related to the maintenance of system data.

What You Bring

You bring curiosity, collaboration, and a desire to do meaningful work. You may bring experience in:

• 3+ Years in a production environment
• 3+ Years of ERP (preferably Deacom or any Tier 1 ERP)
• Strong Computing Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills

Compensation

Jamieson Wellness offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support your well-being and professional growth. This includes base pay, eligibility for our Short-Term Incentive Program, and a comprehensive benefits offering.

For this role, the posting range is $45,700 – $68,500, which reflects the full salary range of the position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, level of education, role scope, and other professional qualifications aligned with the requirements and complexity of this position.
