The agency is growing quickly and is seeking a digital marketer to join its fun, ambitious team—where developing skills and achieving big wins for clients are top priorities.
Analyse multichannel performance data to surface trends, insights and opportunities
Manage and optimise product/data feeds to improve campaign performance
Contribute to campaign strategy and media planning discussions
Utilise AI tools where appropriate to streamline workflows, improve optimisation processes, and support data-driven decisions
Communicate performance insights internally and, when needed, to clients
4-5 years' experience in Paid Media across Meta, Google & TikTok Ads - bonus points for additional experience across Microsoft, LinkedIn and/or Amazon Ads.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - you don’t just look at data, you interpret it
- Familiarity or hands-on experience using AI tools to boost efficiency and workflows
- A hunger to keep learning and upskilling - you’ll get access to premium training platforms and courses. A working knowledge of Google Ads Scripts, or a willingness to learn - you know how automation can save time and boost performance, and you're keen to explore it further
