Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Marketing Lead to drive our marketing efforts, elevate our brand presence, help grow and scale our business to the next level. As the Senior Marketing Lead at Archers Arena, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies, generating brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. This role is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our business by attracting, retaining, and delighting our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet objectives.
• Brand Building : Cultivate and enhance the Archers Arena brand by developing and maintaining a strong brand identity and voice.
• Digital Marketing : Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Content Creation : Create compelling and engaging content for various platforms to attract and retain customers.
• Advertising : Plan and execute online and offline advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor marketing metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Partnerships : Identify and explore strategic partnerships to expand our reach and customer base.
• Customer Engagement : Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in marketing leadership roles with 5+ years of experience as a senior marketing manager in a related industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Creative thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.

Schedule:
