QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong team player, outgoing, with excellent interpersonal abilities;


• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, timely, professional manner;


• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered;


• Knowledge of InDesign and/or Photoshop is an asset;


• Ability to manage internal and external relationships with administrative, creative and production-oriented partners;


• Experience working in marketing, real estate, property management or sales administration is an asset;


• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, contract closing administration, and/or other transactional elements within the real estate industry;


• Interest in planning and executing external and internal events;


• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite would be an asset;


• Familiarity with, or interest in, leveraging AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support marketing, communications, and administrative tasks is an asset; and


• Experience researching and collecting data for the creation and completion of marketing and sales reports.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Marketing and Sales Coordinator will report to the Senior Marketing and Sales Manager, and will focus on providing support to all marketing, sales, and leasing aspects of the company’s real estate portfolio including operations, development, construction, customer care and asset management:

Marketing

• Work directly with the Senior Marketing & Sales Manager to execute marketing, sales, leasing, and corporate initiatives across Strand’s portfolio of projects;


• Oversee the design and execution of marketing materials and deliverables, including branding, email communications, floor plan preparation, signage, digital campaigns, display homes, presentation centres, customer care, and other project collateral;


• Lead the planning and execution of corporate and project events, including strategy, budgeting, scheduling, vendor coordination, on-site setup, and post-event follow-up;


• Coordinate the design, procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) for display homes, presentation centres, amenity spaces, short-term rentals, and other project areas;


• Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing and development partners to ensure all public-facing Strand materials are accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards, including project websites, the corporate website, and corporate collateral;


• Manage relationships with marketing vendors, including obtaining and reviewing quotes, coordinating schedules, monitoring deliverables, and supporting contract and invoice administration;


• Manage corporate marketing databases and ensure they are clean and up to date;


• Maintain an organized file system of document templates, an image bank of owned images, renderings and collateral;


• Review marketing and sales collateral for accuracy, consistency, grammar, pricing, project details, and brand alignment;


• Track, analyze, and present key marketing and campaign performance data for regular internal, ownership, and partner reporting;


• Other duties as required by the Marketing Department.

Sales & Leasing

• Work with external Sales, Leasing, Customer Care, and Project Management teams to provide support on project deliverables and ensure that the Strand experience is consistent and positive with new homeowners and tenants;


• Support the Director of Property Management with prospect communication, lead generation, and general leasing activities;


• Coordinate the preparation, launch, and ongoing maintenance of project listings and advertisements across multiple leasing and real estate platforms;


• Monitor listing accuracy, pricing, availability, incentives, photography, floor plans, and project information across all active platforms;


• Assist with the development and distribution of sales and leasing communications, including email campaigns, promotional materials, availability updates, and more;


• Track sales and leasing activity, lead sources, campaign performance, advertising spend, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics for regular reporting;


• Assist with general administration and special projects as needed.
