Position: Inside Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to assigned accounts or territories.
Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services that align with client needs and company objectives.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of accounts and contacts within your territory.
Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
Respond to all customer emails within one hour or less.
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally.
Provide proactive and reactive recommendations to customers for products and projects.
Create and deliver virtual product presentations tailored to client needs.
Follow up on all leads, opportunities, sample requests, and projects.
Resolve customer issues and escalate challenges when necessary.
Provide backup support to fellow team members as needed.
Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role.
Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Ability to compile and interpret sales reports.
