Job Responsibility:
Norden Seal Windows is a fast-growing company and is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated sales representative to join our growing team in Winnipeg. If your outgoing, have an entrepreneurial and energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills and diplomatic attitude then we'd love to have you join us.
Door to door Sales Rep position is 100% commission based.

Sales Representative Job Expectations:
- Excellent verbal and written communication are required
- Engage in professional and friendly manner with new potential customers in areas we are currently offering our services
- Educate potential clients about what makes Norden Seal unique
- Provide a product demonstration to potential clients and answer all questions they may have.
- Determine the right fit of the product for every individual customer
- Conduct accurate on-site estimation with a potential contract award. Estimating on site in a timely and efficient manner: prepare and submit quotes to potential and existing customers utilizing our internal process and software
- Proactively follow up on estimates and close sales
- Provide after-sales support including seeking customer feedback
- Ability to work well independently
- Ability to negotiate, cold call customers, and upsell products and services
- Resilience to sales environment
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
Working conditions:
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to drive-in all-weather conditions and work while on the go as required
- Willingness to adapt schedule and hours to accommodate high season and customer demand
- Willingness to be on call in weekends as required
Salary: $35,000 - $85,000+ per year 100% commission based.
