Sales Development Representative

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking a Sales Development Representative to join one of our clients' teams in the UK. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, and online databases.
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce company solutions.
Qualification: Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, qualifying them for the sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and campaigns.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospects to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in a sales development or similar role, preferably within the software industry.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with selling software solutions such as HR platforms, business process automation tools, or cybersecurity products.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and virtual communication platforms.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
