Deine Mission:
Als Sales Development Representative spielst Du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Erweiterung und Stärkung unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten. Du stehst an vorderster Front bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung effektiver Vertriebsstrategien, die aus einer gründlichen Analyse von Marktbedürfnissen und Kundenverhalten abgeleitet werden. Dein Einsatz ermöglicht es, das Potenzial unseres Vertriebsteams voll auszuschöpfen und eine Kultur der Spitzenleistung zu etablieren, die maßgeblich zum Wachstum und Erfolg von SingularitySales beiträgt.
Deine Aufgaben:
Lead-Generierung und -Qualifizierung: Identifizieren und Entwickeln von potenziellen Kunden durch gezielte Prospektion und Lead-Qualifizierung.
Kundenakquise: Durchführung von Outbound-Kampagnen (Telefon, E-Mail, Social Media) zur Erhöhung der Markenbekanntheit und zur Generierung von Vertriebsmöglichkeiten.
Bedarfsanalyse: Durchführen detaillierter Bedarfsanalysen, um die Anforderungen potenzieller Kunden zu verstehen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen anzubieten.
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Account Executives unserer Mandanten, um sicherzustellen, dass Leads effektiv weiterverfolgt werden und sich zu erfolgreichen Abschlüssen entwickeln.
CRM-Management: Gewährleistung einer akkuraten und aktuellen Datenpflege in unserem Customer Relationship Management (CRM)-System.
Marktbeobachtung: Beobachtung von Markttrends und Mitbewerbern, um die Vertriebsstrategien kontinuierlich anzupassen und zu verbessern.
Berichterstattung und Analyse: Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte über die Vertriebsaktivitäten und Analyse der Vertriebsleistung zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.
Dein Profil:
Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Sales Development, vorzugsweise in der SaaS-Branche.
Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz bei der Generierung neuer Geschäftsabschlüsse und der Übertreffung von Vertriebszielen.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
Fähigkeit, effektiv in einem teamorientierten und schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen und Vertriebsautomatisierungstools.
Starker Fokus auf Kundenbedürfnisse und die Fähigkeit, Lösungen zu verkaufen, die einen echten Mehrwert bieten.
Selbstmotiviert, mit der Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu planen und Prioritäten zu setzen.
