Graphic Designer / Illustrator

Our Brand Design team is responsible for creating, developing, and producing innovative visual communication strategies that support our products across multiple touchpoints. Within this team, the Playbook Design function plays a critical role in shaping consumer experience by translating product intent, play patterns, and brand guidelines into clear, engaging, and intuitive playbooks and instructional materials. We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate Associate Playbook Designer who is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing moderately complex projects. Reporting to the packaging manager this role works closely with cross-functional partners to support the development and execution of high-quality playbook experiences.

Design and develop instruction booklets that clearly communicate build steps, play patterns, and product intent.
Collaborate with product design, marketing, brand design and cross-functional partners to support the overall consumer play experience.
Translate technical and product requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging instructions.
Prepare and present instruction booklet assets for review and approval.
Be able to adapt to new technologies, trends, and developments in the field of graphic design.

3+ years of experience in a similar or related design role, with exposure to instructional, product, or experience-driven design considered an asset.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Adobe XD) and Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest in toys, play patterns, user experience, and emerging design trends.
• Bilingualism (asset).
