Relevant du Brand & Creative Director, tu donnes vie à l'identité visuelle de GURU sur tous nos points de contact : détail, réseaux sociaux, commerce en ligne, outils de vente et activations, en français comme en anglais. Tu es gardien·ne de la cohérence de la marque : chaque pièce qui sort de tes mains doit se reconnaître comme du GURU au premier coup d'œil.

Ce qui fera partie de tes responsabilités:

• Création de publicités pour infolettres, magazines et dépliants;
• Création de one-pagers et d'outils de vente;
• Création d'icônes et de visuels pour vulgariser l'information;
• Création de maquettes pour les concours en magasin et le matériel de PLV;
• Adaptation des campagnes aux différents formats et marchés (détail Canada et États-Unis, commerce en ligne, réseaux sociaux), en français et en anglais;
• Design de présentations;
• Participation aux brainstorms créatifs et aux revues de marque;
• Application et protection des standards de la marque GURU — couleurs, typographie, photographie, ton visuel — sur tout ce qui se produit à l'interne;
• Gestion de la banque d'actifs et des gabarits, pour que les équipes travaillent toujours avec la version la plus à jour.

We’re building out GURU’s creative team and looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong conceptual eye and an editorial approach to design. Reporting to the Brand & Creative Director, you’ll help shape how GURU shows up across retail, social, e-commerce, sales and brand activations, in both French and English.

We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond the brief — who’s genuinely excited by design, art direction, photography, culture and building a brand that feels like a lifestyle, not just a product. You’ll also have a sharp eye for consistency, making sure everything we put into the world feels distinctly GURU.

What will be part of your responsibilities:

• Bringing strong concepts and creative ideas to the table, from brainstorm through execution
• Designing work that builds GURU’s visual world across campaigns, retail, social, e-commerce and brand activations
• Thinking editorially across typography, layout, imagery and storytelling
• Contributing to art direction, photography and content
• Adapting campaign ideas across formats, channels and markets in Canada and the U.S., in both French and English
• Creating campaign assets, retail/POS, digital, presentations and sales tools
• Taking part in brainstorms, creative reviews and brand conversations with a point of view
• Helping evolve and protect GURU’s visual identity across everything we create
• Keeping creative assets, templates and brand resources organized and up to date

Qualifications

L'important, c'est la personnalité… mais quand même, voici quelques lignes sur l'expertise recherchée :

• Maîtrise de la Suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
• Portfolio qui démontre une réelle sensibilité pour la marque, la typographie et la mise en page;
• Débrouillard·e, autonome, créatif·ve;
• Rapidité d'exécution (2 ou 3 jours) et aisance à mener plusieurs projets en parallèle;
• Bilingue anglais et français, parlé et écrit — tu conçois aussi bien dans les deux langues;
• À l'aise de travailler à partir d'un guide de marque existant et de le faire évoluer;
• Atout : expérience ou intérêt marqué pour la photographie et la direction artistique
• Atout : création d'animés et de formats pensés pour les réseaux sociaux;
• Atout : expérience en biens de consommation, en boissons ou en détail.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign), Figma, Flora etc.
• A portfolio with a strong point of view across brand, typography, layout, art direction and editorial storytelling
• A conceptual thinker who brings ideas to the table — not just execution
• Curious about AI and how it can push creative thinking further, while keeping human ideas and craft at the centre
• Resourceful and autonomous, with the ability to move quickly and manage multiple projects at once
• Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken, with a strong design sensibility in both languages
• Comfortable working within an established brand system while finding thoughtful ways to evolve it
• Bonus: experience or a strong interest in photography and art direction
• Bonus: experience creating motion, video or social-first content
• Bonus: experience in CPG, beverage or retail
