About the Role
Solace is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content across our website, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for an ambitious designer who can translate complex enterprise technology concepts into clear, engaging visuals — and who uses AI design tools to raise both the quality and speed of every deliverable.

The Senior Graphic Designer will be our only internal design resource and own the visual execution of the Solace brand across digital and physical [GB1.1]channels, partnering with marketing, product, and content teams to produce graphics that are on-brand, high-impact, and delivered on schedule.

There will be a lot of creative freedom in this role to push the visual brand.

What You’ll Do 
Digital, Web & Physical Design
• Design graphics for the Solace website, including landing pages, hero images, icons, and illustrations that bring the brand to life.
• Create visual assets for social media across platforms, tailored to each channel’s format and best practices.
• Produce display and paid advertising creative for digital campaigns, iterating on variations to support testing and performance.
• Design for physical materials such as booth backdrops, collateral, and swag.

Brand & Campaign Support
• Translate complex enterprise technology concepts into clear, compelling visuals for technical and business audiences.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns with cohesive visual systems that work across channels.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design output.

AI-Enabled Design
• Use AI design tools to accelerate ideation, production, and iteration while improving the quality of output.
• Stay current with emerging AI design tools and techniques, bringing new capabilities into the team’s workflow.
• Establish repeatable, AI-assisted processes that raise both speed and craft across the design pipeline.

Collaboration & Delivery
• Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to scope requirements and deliver on brief.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing quality and craft with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and hand off production-ready files optimized for each format and channel.
• Manage and coordinate external design resources — freelancers, contractors, and agencies — reviewing their output to ensure it meets brand and quality standards (this role has no internal direct reports).

What You’ll Bring to the Role
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a B2B or enterprise technology environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating web, social, advertising, and physical/event design work.
• Experience designing for technical or enterprise audiences (e.g. IT, architects, developers, data, or integration teams).

Tools & AI
• Hands-on proficiency with:
o Industry-standard design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — Figma and Canva)
o AI design tools (e.g. Claude Design, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly or DALL·E) used to improve the speed and quality of output
o Designing for web and social platforms, including responsive and platform-specific formats

Design Fundamentals
• A strong command of:
o Layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
o Brand systems and visual consistency across channels
o Production-ready file preparation and handoff
o Print and large-format production — bleeds, color profiles (CMYK/Pantone), and finishing for physical collateral, booths and signage

Skills & Competencies
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to brand consistency and quality.
