Who we are

Glow and Bellesa Boutique are two sexual wellness brands under one roof, and this role designs for both. Bellesa Boutique is the established name, a curated shop with a loyal audience and a voice of its own. Glow is the newer brand: serious tech, playful discovery, made for everyday life. We believe intimate care belongs in the same conversation as skin, sleep, and mind, and we design like it. 

We're a small, fast team with a strong point of view about how this category should look and feel, who care deeply about design, craft, and pushing our work forward in thoughtful, meaningful ways.

The job

We're looking for a Senior Designer who truly lives design — someone who's always researching, collecting references, exploring new ideas, and bringing a sharp point of view to both brand and digital work. You'll help shape art direction, design engaging emails, and bring our brand world to life across multiple mediums.

This role sits at the center of our creative team. You'll partner closely with the Head of Design to lead projects, elevate the work, mentor designers, and contribute to the standards, culture, and direction of the design team. It's a hands-on role where your craft, curiosity, and attitude will have a real impact on the organization. We're looking for someone with taste, an opinion, and the confidence to say "here's a better idea" and then make it.

What You'll Do

• Break down complex brand and digital briefs into structured, actionable plans in partnership with the channel owner and Head of Design
• Lead art direction on campaigns from early concept to final delivery
• Lead website design projects across UX and UI, from wireframes to handoff
• Create bold, intuitive, brand-forward digital and print experiences
• Build and maintain scalable design libraries
• Present work clearly and confidently to internal teams
• Collaborate closely with developers for smooth handoff and production
• Contribute to creative strategy, storytelling, and visual direction
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior/mid-weight designers and freelancers

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of digital design experience in a creative studio or similar environment
• A portfolio that shows bold, effective work across email, web, and brand, ideally for DTC or lifestyle brands.
• A portfolio that shows strong typography design, and elevated brand sensibility
• High Proficiency Figma skills and comfort working inside complex components and systems
• High proficiency across Adobe CC; motion (After Effects or similar) is a big plus
• An instinct for experimenting with new tools, techniques, and workflows in service of better, more inventive design
• A curiosity for AI tinkering and image generation
• Experience designing responsive interfaces and understanding accessibility best practices
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines
• Someone who values communication, low ego, curiosity, and being part of a supportive team
• A designer who cares about craft — the pixels, the pacing, the storytelling, the details
• A long-term mindset: you want a home base, a crew, a place to grow

Nice to haves

• Motion, animation, micro-interaction design
• Writing instincts (conceptual thinking, naming, presentation decks)
• Print production and supervision experience or interest
