Graphic Design Lead (Remote/Unpaid Volunteer)

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives. RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee the project management process and ensure end-to-end project deliverables meet design standards and align with organizational objectives
- Cross-collaborate with committee leads and developers to seamlessly optimize project direction and address technical challenges
- Conduct presentations and facilitate weekly stand-up meetings to monitor progress
- Support with the evaluation and design process of UX/UI and other creative initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS - Previous experience in leading a team
- Conceptual thinker with the demonstrated aptitude to understand and apply organizational context to design principles
- Familiarity with UX/UI and graphic design principles
- Experience and knowledge in 3D modeling and video editing principles is an asset
- Capable of communicating and working in a team environment
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace
