We are in the midst of revolutionizing our core capabilities to maximize service and mission outcomes. This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now recruiting for a Business Analysis Practice Lead.

As a Business Analysis Practice Lead, you will oversee and guide the Business Analysis Practice within the organization, accountable for building, maintaining and evolving the culture and community of practitioners centered around business analysis capability. This role is responsible for building and evolving the capabilities of the BA practice, defining, and standardizing methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and excellence in BA activities. Recognized as top level expert in their area of expertise, whose focus is on developing the craft of business analysis, the coaching, mentoring and development of the team of BA practitioners on knowledge, skills and performance, and advising practitioners on their work to ensure solutions that are created are sound.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the BA Practice.
• Execute on Practice strategy as it relates to introducing tools, methodologies, standards, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure alignment of Practice activities with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Act as an expert or lead innovator and culture change agent for the Practice of business analysis.
• Select, implement, and maintain appropriate business analysis tools and techniques.
• Ensure Practice excellence and consistent use of methodologies and tools across all business analysis activities, upholding standards, best practices, policies, tools and approaches.
• Continuously evaluate and improve methodologies to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
• Lead, mentor and develop an engaged team of business analysts, fostering professional growth and development.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in business analysis, with a proven track record in leading and managing business analysis teams.
• Recognized as an expert in the field of business analysis, with ability to think strategically and create and implement strategic plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Deep expertise and knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, best practices, processes, and procedures with ability to define and standardize business analysis processes and deliverables.
• Strong leadership and soft skills people management skills, with focus on guiding, mentoring, coaching, and training business analysts to develop their skills to be masters of their craft and ensure enterprise practice standards are upheld.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $88,205 (min.) to $132,307 (max). Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
