Graphic Designer

In this role, you will create high-performing, eye-catching visual assets that help digital-first brands stand out in a competitive online marketplace. Accountabilities: - Visual Content Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality digital and marketing creatives, turning abstract concepts into clean and engaging visual assets. - Brand Strategy Execution: Bring creative ideas to life while strictly adhering to brand guidelines, style guides, and visual standards across all deliverables. - Performance Design: Develop eye-catching promotional materials, social media graphics, and digital assets tailored for eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns. - Layout & Composition: Apply strong principles of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition to create aesthetic and impact-driven designs. - Independent Execution: Manage design workflows independently from brief to final delivery, ensuring reliability, precision, and adherence to project deadlines.

- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with marketing teams and creative leads to iterate on feedback and align visual output with overarching campaign goals. Requirements: - Design Experience: Proven track record as a Graphic Designer with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing digital and marketing creative work. - Technical & Visual Skills: Mastery of graphic design fundamentals, including a keen eye for typography, page layout, spatial composition, and visual storytelling. - DTC & eCommerce Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in creating performance creatives for eCommerce platforms and DTC brands is highly preferred. - Brand Alignment: Demonstrated ability to adapt to diverse visual styles while consistently respecting brand direction and guidelines. - Work Ethic & Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable, with the capacity to manage creative projects autonomously in a remote setting. - Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to effectively present creative concepts and receive constructive feedback.
