Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor

Job Responsibility:

The Night Auditor at Travelodge Regina is a pivotal role responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel overnight. This position conducts nightly audits, balances ledger accounts, prepares operational reports, and provides guest services during the late hours. The Night Auditor also manages reservations, assists guests with inquiries and payments, and upholds hotel security protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Perform nightly audits, balancing ledger accounts, and preparing operational reports.

· Develop local area knowledge to enhance guest service and communication.

· Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and resolve service issues.

· Audit charges and correct postings as needed, reconciling daily activities for seamless transitions.

· Process payments and distribute daily reports accurately and efficiently.

· Handle reservations following hotel procedures and manage guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism.

· Assist guests with luggage, arrange transportation, and manage wake-up calls as required.

· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and supplies in public areas.

· Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations, conducting building rounds and reporting issues.

· Coordinate guest needs with other hotel departments to ensure optimal service delivery.

· Record and maintain guest information in the property management system.

Experience and training

• Permanent position

• Must be available to work at evenings, nights and weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 29 per week

Experience:
