Some of what you do

As Night Shift Supervisor, you oversee the process for product re-stocking of shelves, maintaining planograms, promo planners, price changes, ad set-up and general cleaning and maintenance. You are responsible for the efficient operation of the shift, following to loss prevention policies and maintaining our standards for store appearance, presentation and condition. You have keyholding responsibilities for accessing the store.

Specifically, you will:

• Ensure store is merchandised to maximize sales, clean and organized and ready for operation after each night shift.

• Action procedures to maintain presentation standards, including current pricing, signage, planograms, promotional planners, ad set-ups and displays.

• Ensure products are down stocked and products are moved from receiving to appropriate sales floor locations.

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.

• Encourage your team to stay updated through the various internal communication channels (mobile app, intranet, bulletin boards, etc).

• Operational excellence and customer experience are important aspects of your role. You ensure the consistent execution of store standards in your role.

• Support asset protection procedures and privacy standards by driving compliance.

• Ensure that a clean and safe environment is always top-of-mind, keeping the safety of yourself, your teams a key priority

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience
• Successful completion of high school is preferred.
• Supervisory / coaching experience
• Able to adapt well to the night shift

Additional Information

• A moderate amount of physical effort and operation of equipment / machinery is required to execute our merchandising standards and to maximize our customer experience.
This shift works in a team while the store is closed through the night.
