Role: L1 Service Desk Support - M365
Contract Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Location: Regina, Canada
Experience: 4-6 years of experience
Job Description*
- Provide L1 deskside support for M365 (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune)
- Handle Outlook issues, MFA/password issues, mailbox and access issues
- Support mobile device migration and user onboarding activities
- Provide support for M365 Tenant-to-Tenant (T2T) migration issues
- Coordinate with offshore teams for issue resolution and escalation
Job Level : L1 desk side support
Is travel required for position? : No (local onsite role) - Resource must be in Client office in Regina on all days
Relevant Experience : Hands-on experience in M365 support and end-user troubleshooting
Mandatory skills : Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Outlook troubleshooting, MFA support
Desired skills :T2T migration exposure, device migration support
Domain (Industry) : Agriculture / Agri Commodities Trading
Shift timings : Regular work hours as per Canada local time
