Collaborate with various hospital departments to drive improvements and educational initiatives around case costing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain case costing database
- Conduct detailed data quality analysis for financial details
- Support strategic growth with financial modeling
- Assist in operational budget development and forecasting
- Educate staff on costing methodologies
- Degree in business or health sciences
- Minimum 5 years of financial/clinical analysis experience
- Exposure to Ontario Case Costing methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, reporting software
