Rexall IT Systems Analyst - Hybrid Role

Transform pharmacy retail technology as an IT Systems Analyst at Rexall. This hybrid position combines IT infrastructure management with innovative solution deployment to improve operations. Rexall is looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst with a strong background in pharmacy retail systems. Your responsibility will include developing, maintaining, and deploying IT solutions to optimize pharmacy operations. You will also work extensively on system security and data privacy, ensuring compliance with industry standards while collaborating with various teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across teams to deploy pharmacy IT solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation for IT systems
- Ensure smooth transition of new solutions and conduct user training
- Manage the performance of pharmacy technology
- Analyze data for operational enhancements
- Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT systems
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing and automation technologies
- Proficient in Windows Server and modern operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and flexibility
