- Design and uphold AML compliance frameworks
- Manage AML escalations as per regulatory standards
- Verify accuracy of FINTRAC filings
- Guide the AML team on STR decisions
- Propose enhancements to compliance protocols
- Relevant post-secondary education or superior experience
- At least three years in AML compliance roles
- Preferred CAMS certification
- Strong detail orientation and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English, French preferred
