Gestionnaire de cas bilingue/Bilingual Caseworker

Responsibilities
- Manage reimbursement processes and coverage-related requests across patient support workflows
- Coordinate benefits documentation, case updates, and support communications
- Resolve reimbursement issues and documentation gaps to reduce delays
- Maintain accurate case records and system updates for operational visibility
- Monitor reimbursement trends and escalation indicators for proactive issue resolution
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Bilingual fluency in English and Canadian French
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in medical and pharmaceutical field preferred
