Deine Mission
Du schaffst Klarheit, wo Chaos entsteht. Als Business Development Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Definition, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung operativer Geschäftsprozesse – mit besonderem Fokus auf unsere Payment-Infrastruktur und kommerzielle Abläufe.
Du arbeitest eng mit Product und Commercial zusammen und übersetzt Anforderungen in skalierbare, dokumentierte Prozesse und Standards.
Dein Output: klare SOPs, verantwortliche Strukturen und ein Betrieb, der auch bei weiterem Wachstum reibungslos läuft.
Deine Aufgaben
Prozesse ownen: Du definierst und verantwortest End-to-End-Prozesse, von der ersten Idee bis zur gelebten Praxis
SOPs aufbauen: Du erstellst, pflegst und entwickelst Standard Operating Procedures, die wirklich genutzt werden
Payment-Abläufe dokumentieren: Du erfasst und optimierst kontinuierlich unsere Payment-Infrastruktur und kommerziellen Prozesse
Dokumentationsstandards setzen: Du etablierst Strukturen, damit Wissen nicht bei einzelnen Personen hängenbleibt
Stakeholder alignen: Du holst Informationen eigenständig ein, strukturierst sie und schaffst Klarheit – "Wer macht was wann?"
Anforderungen übersetzen: Du nimmst Bedarfe aus Product und Commercial auf und überführst sie in klare Prozesslogik
Langfristig denken: Du sorgst dafür, dass Dokumentation nicht veraltet, sondern lebt
Dein Profil
Must-have:
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement, Business Operations oder vergleichbar
Ausgeprägte Dokumentationsfähigkeit – du liebst klare Strukturen und saubere SOPs
Sehr strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit analytischem Denken
Starke Kommunikation: Du holst Informationen aus Teams, ohne zu nerven
Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis für digitale Produkte und Infrastrukturen
Fließendes Deutsch und business-fluentes Englisch
Nice-to-have:
Erfahrung im Consulting (Unternehmens- oder Strategieberatung)
Kenntnisse in Payment-Prozessen oder FinTech-nahen Abläufen
Hintergrund im SaaS- oder Tech-Umfeld
Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
