Hybrid Accounting Manager in Summerland

This leadership role requires overseeing full-cycle accounting and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The successful candidate will support business decisions with financial insights while managing a growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll operations
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile financial accounts
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop budgets, cash flow projections, and forecasts
- Mentor and manage the accounting staff effectively
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior accounting role
- CPA designation preferred, especially in construction
- Strong budgeting and forecasting knowledge
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Explorer Eclipse
