Private Markets Fund Accounting Manager

Join MUFG Investor Services as a Private Markets Fund Accounting Manager and enhance client delivery through your accounting expertise. Play a pivotal role in managing fund accounting and administrative operations for private equity clients. Reporting to the Director, Nexus, Client Delivery, you will oversee a team dedicated to delivering top-tier fund administration services. Responsibilities span NAV preparation, investor report management, and resource allocation while ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering technology improvements in reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full range of fund accounting services
- Supervise and develop a team of fund accountants
- Coordinate with financial partners for seamless service
- Review financial statements and regulatory reports
- Establish client-specific procedures for fund operations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Significant fund administration experience with staff management
- Knowledge of accounting standards like IFRS and GAAP
- Experience with fund accounting software is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
