Senior Manager / Manager, Product Branding

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive opportunities to own and defend the product in the marketplace
• Identify product trademark opportunities and support cross‑functional teams to ensure timely acquisition
• Ensure the product is identifiable and drive product education and brand recognition
• Develop and manage product names that maximize brand recognition and protect the product
• Make the product recognizable when worn through external branding such as logos
• Communicate brand identities through product packaging systems that maximize shopability, functionality, and education

Qualifications

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Product Branding
• Commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners
• Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

Compensation

At Aritzia, the range for roles at this level is $100,000‑$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, with the potential to exceed this range.
