IT Services Senior Manager Hybrid Role

Lead IT service delivery as a Senior Manager at CC&L Financial Group. Drive process excellence and improve client satisfaction in a hybrid environment. - Oversee service management practices across IT
- Monitor and manage daily IT service operations
- Lead collaboration with technical teams on improvements
- Implement continuous improvement strategies
- Manage vendor performance and service contracts
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or Business
- Over 10 years in service management
- At least 5 years leading teams in IT
- Familiarity with ITIL methodologies preferred
- Strong communication and leadership aptitude
