Summary

Senior Systems Developer located in Canada (Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver). This role focuses on technical integration of Clio and vLex, shaping automation strategy, and influencing the technical culture of the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for automation across the organization and implement solutions that improve velocity.
• Dive into unknown technical systems and business domains to build robust integrations.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure for internal services using Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS Lambda.
• Continuously grow and push technical boundaries.
• Partner with other teams to understand bottlenecks and develop automations.
• Act as a mentor for junior team members.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following: Ruby, Python, Bash/Shell, Golang.
• In‑depth knowledge of SaaS administration (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack).
• Knowledge of modern MDM systems for macOS and Windows.
• Fluency in modern API standards (REST, GraphQL) and common authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Buildkite).
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Okta Workflows, or Boomi.
• Experience leveraging AI to increase velocity.
