Senior Developer for NICE CXone Solutions

Join Insight Global as a Senior NICE CXone Developer supporting a leading Canadian utility company's contact center initiatives. Leverage your expertise in workflow development and platform customization to enhance service delivery. In this senior role, you will have a significant impact on contact center operations throughout North America. Your hands-on experience with configuring NICE CXone, alongside strong API integration skills, will be vital in optimizing deployments and managing systems. Collaborating across business and IT teams ensures the delivery of seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
• Design IVR call flows and routing logic with CXone Studio
• Develop API integrations for CRM and payment systems
• Configure ACD, skills, queues, and agent setups
• Support testing and deployment processes (DEV-UAT-PROD)
• Troubleshoot scripts and platform issues effectively Requirements:
• 2–5+ years in CCaaS platforms (NICE CXone preferred)
• Experience with IVR scripting and call routing
• Strong API integration skills (REST, web services)
• Knowledge of contact center operations
