Description & Requirements

Core responsibilities

• Design solution architecture that addresses defined business requirements and technical constraints
• Document solution designs, assumptions, trade‑offs, constraints, and evolution considerations
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendors aligned to architectural standards
• Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate architecture into executable delivery plans
• Ensure solutions are interoperable, reusable, and consistent with domain and enterprise standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred
• 6-10 years of solution architecture, software development, systems engineering, or technical consulting experience, or equivalent
• Proven experience designing multi‑system technology solutions using optimized architectural patterns to ensure scalability, performance, and integration
• Experience researching and evaluating technologies for multi‑system solutions; familiarity with leading platform selection discussions using defined evaluation criteria
• Demonstrated ability to connect architectural decisions to business objectives; experience assessing stakeholder impact and translating technical complexity for non‑technical audiences
• Experience solutioning end‑to‑end full‑stack applications, integration of SaaS and PaaS systems
• Familiarity with databases, ML Ops principles, and ML/data processing tool, suck is Databricks

Compensation and benefits package

Lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $132,600 – $174,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
