L’opportunité : Spécialiste de programme bilingue
En tant que spécialiste bilingue de programmes , vous serez au cœur des initiatives de Futurpreneur visant à soutenir les jeunes entrepreneur·e·s partout au Canada. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre d’initiatives qui favorisent leur réussite, tout en contribuant à d’autres projets au besoin. Vos responsabilités comprendront la conception, la coordination et l’animation de programmes bilingues adaptés aux besoins variés d’entrepreneur·e·s issus de tous les horizons.
Relevant du directeur des Programmes d’Entrepreneuriat , vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec plusieurs équipes et départements. Ce rôle exige une coordination fréquente avec les équipes régionales responsables de l’animation des communautés entrepreneuriales, ainsi qu’avec les équipes des Partenariats, du Marketing et des Communications, de l’expérience client et du mentorat ainsi que de la mobilisation de communautés. Vous collaborerez également avec divers intervenants internes et externes afin d’atteindre les objectifs des programmes.
Ce poste existant est un poste permanent à temps plein pouvant être situé à Montréal ou à Toronto. Le titulaire travaillera selon notre modèle de travail hybride (minimum 2 jours au bureau).
Ce que vous ferez
Développer et mettre en œuvre de nouveaux programmes/initiatives pour Futurpreneur (75%)
- Travailler avec le Directeur, Programmes Entrepreneuriaux pour créer et superviser le plan des nouveaux programmes et initiatives, y compris l'identification des mesures et des métriques d'évaluation
- Offrir des programmes de formation pour les jeunes entrepreneur·e·s, notamment en animant ou en coanimant des ateliers et des webinaires, tout en favorisant le développement de leurs réseaux.Repérer des opportunités de collaboration avec des organisations et des programmes pertinents afin de bonifier notre offre de services
- Gérer la prestation des programmes, y compris la planification, le contrôle de la qualité et l'engagement des participants
- Suivre et rendre compte de la performance et de l'impact des programmes
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes clés pour identifier et créer des outils et des modèles pour faciliter la mise en œuvre opérationnelle de nouveaux programmes et projets, ainsi que le développement de ressources de formation asynchrones
- Participer à l'amélioration continue et à l'innovation des programmes, notamment par la création et l’optimisation de contenus et de ressources d’apprentissage asynchrones, en intégrant au besoin des outils et solutions basés sur l’intelligence artificielle pour améliorer l’efficacité, la personnalisation et l’accessibilité des apprentissages
- Être amené à se déplacer, au besoin, partout au Canada afin de soutenir la mise en œuvre et la prestation d’événements et d’ateliers relevant de ses responsabilités
- Gérer les budgets et les dépenses selon les besoins
Support général à la prestation des programmes (25%)
- Au besoin, coordonner, mettre en œuvre et rendre compte de la prestation des programmes/initiatives de Futurpreneur pour les entrepreneur.e.s, y compris les webinaires, les ateliers en ligne et les ateliers en personne, en collaboration avec les autres membres d’équipes responsables d’initiatives dédiées
- Collecter et examiner les données pour rendre compte des mesures de performance clés, des mesures d'impact et des résultats des programmes en cours
- Soutenir la collecte et l'interprétation des indicateurs d'expérience utilisateur et de satisfaction client
- Identifier les écarts et formuler des recommandations pertinentes pour faire évoluer et adapter les offres existantes
- Planifier et coordonner la mise en œuvre des améliorations
- Rassembler régulièrement des informations sur les programmes concurrents, les tendances et les meilleures pratiques
- Assister aux événements liés aux programmes
- Collaborer avec le service de Marketing et de Communications pour les communications internes et externes liées aux programmes
- Participer aux discussions de planification et de remue-méninges en équipe
- Soutenir la collecte de données quantitatives et qualitatives pour valider de nouvelles idées
- Contribuer à la documentation des feuilles de route prospectives de tous les programmes
Ce que vous apportez
- Une expérience pertinente peut inclure une formation axée sur l’administration des affaires ou la gestion de projets, ou une expérience professionnelle pratique équivalente
- Une expérience avérée dans le développement, la coordination et la prestation de programmes
- Un solide réseau au sein de l'écosystème de soutien les jeunes entrepreneurs canadiens
- Une expérience de travail avec des entrepreneurs ou des start-ups, des plans d'affaires et des flux de trésorerie
- Une expérience dans la planification, la coordination et la prestation de programmes/initiatives réussis.
- Toute certification pertinente en gestion de projet, développement de programme ou domaines connexes serait bénéfique
- Bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, car vous devrez travailler quotidiennement avec des membres d'équipe et des clients non bilingues à travers le Canada et au siège social à Toronto

Here’s the opportunity
As a Bilingual Program Specialist, you will be at the forefront of Futurpreneur’s initiatives to support young entrepreneurs across Canada. You will play a key role in delivering initiatives that empower young entrepreneurs while also contributing to other projects as needed. Your responsibilities will include designing, coordinating, and delivering bilingual programs tailored to the diverse needs of entrepreneurs from all backgrounds.
Reporting to the Director, Entrepreneurship Program, this role involves frequent coordination across departments, working closely with regional teams in entrepreneurial community management, Partnerships, Marketing, and Communications, Client and Mentoring Experience and Community Engagement while also collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals.
This existing role is a permanent, full-time position that can be located in either Montreal or Toronto . The incumbent will be working on our hybrid work model (minimum 2 days in the office).
What you will do
Development and implementation of dedicated programs and initiatives (75%)
- Work with the Director, Entrepreneurship Programs, to create and oversee the plan for new programs and initiatives, including the identification of measurement and evaluation metrics
- Conduct market research to analyze the challenges entrepreneurs face
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including funding partners, to design impactful training programs
- Deliver training programs for young entrepreneurs, notably by facilitating or co-facilitating workshops and webinars, while helping them build and grow their networks. Identify opportunities to collaborate with relevant organizations and programs to strengthen and enhance our service offerings.Manage program delivery, including scheduling, quality control, and participant engagement
- Monitor and report on program performance and impact
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify and create tools and templates to facilitate the rollout of new programs and projects, as well as the creation of asynchronous training resources
- Engage in continuous improvement and innovation of programs and initiatives by creating and optimizing asynchronous learning content and resources, and by using artificial intelligence tools and solutions when appropriate to improve efficiency, personalization, and accessibility of learning
- Be required to travel across Canada when needed to support the delivery and implementation of events and workshops related to their responsibilities
- Manage budgets and expenses as required
General program delivery support (25%)
- When needed, coordinate, implement, and report on the delivery of Futurpreneur’s programs/initiatives for entrepreneurs, including webinars, online workshops, and in-person workshops, in collaboration with other team members responsible for dedicated initiatives
- Collect and review data to report on key performance measures, impact measures, and outcomes of ongoing programs
- Support the collection and interpretation of user experience and client satisfaction metrics
- Identify gaps and make relevant recommendations to evolve and adapt existing offerings
- Plan and coordinate the implementation of improvements
- Regularly gather information about competing programs, trends, and best practices
- Attend program-related events
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications for program-related internal and external communications
- Participate in team planning and brainstorming discussions
- Support in gathering quantitative and qualitative data to validate new ideas
- Support in documenting forward-looking roadmaps of all programs
What you will have
- Relevant experience may include education with a focus in Business or Project Management or equivalent hands-on career experience
- Proven experience in program development, coordination, and delivery, preferably with a focus on newcomers, immigrants, or diverse communities
- Familiarity with the Canadian immigration system, newcomer experiences, and the entrepreneurial ecosystem
- A strong network within the newcomer support ecosystem
- Experience working with entrepreneurs or business start-ups, business plans and cash flows
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering successful programs/initiatives
- Any relevant certifications in project management, program development, or related fields would be beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, both written and oral, as you will be required to work on a daily basis with non-bilingual team members and clients across Canada and at Head office in Toronto
- Ability to convey information clearly and engage effectively with participants, stakeholders, and partners
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, community organizations, and potential program participants
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in collecting and analyzing program data
- Ability to derive insights and recommendations for program improvement
