About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing Canadian organization that acquires and partners with independent businesses across a national network. They are seeking a service-oriented, bilingual Integration Specialist to support the successful onboarding and integration of newly acquired partner organizations.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a seamless transition experience for new partners. Working closely with multiple departments, you will serve as a key liaison throughout the integration process and help set new partners up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Compliance to support the successful integration of newly acquired businesses from signed agreement through post-acquisition onboarding
  • Coordinate and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to enhance efficiency and the overall onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions and training programs to introduce new partners and employees to company systems, processes, culture, and operating procedures.
  • Develop and maintain detailed integration project plans, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and areas requiring additional support.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and leadership teams regarding integration progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming partner organizations, guiding them through the onboarding and integration journey.
  • Respond to and resolve integration-related inquiries from both internal stakeholders and newly acquired businesses.
  • Stay informed of organizational changes, system enhancements, and process updates, adapting integration materials and training programs accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in integration management, project management, M&A integration, onboarding, change management, or a related function is considered an asset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to details.
  • Customer-service oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working across multiple technology platforms and business systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Bilingual (English & French), considered an asset.
