Senior Director, Production & Distribution Strategy

Become a key player in expanding Intact’s Community Services portfolio as the Senior Director of Production and Distribution. Based in the GTA, this role involves extensive travel across Ontario and Canada. You will lead the $70 million portfolio's growth strategy, setting ambitious goals to double by 2030. In this face-to-face market role, you will manage a team focused on developing broker relationships and engaging directly with clients. Your leadership will shape the business plan, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement the growth strategy for community services
- Lead a distribution team to drive client engagement
- Set execution standards for broker interactions
- Develop strategies for large account acquisition
- Represent Intact within the industry as a brand ambassador
- 10+ years in P&C insurance leadership
- Track record of winning large accounts
- Experience presenting to sophisticated clients
- Relationships with key brokers
- Relevant post-secondary education or experience
