Corporate Actuarial Manager for Dealer Services

Take charge as the Manager of Corporate Actuarial within Dealer Services at iA Financial Group, where you will oversee financial results and enhance actuarial processes. This hybrid position emphasizes leadership, team development, and strategic insights. As the Manager, you will lead the actuarial team to deliver high-quality projections and financial analyses, ensuring alignment with corporate expectations. Your role includes performing actuarial analyses for both Life & Health and Property & Casualty products, while also contributing to pricing strategies and strategic reports for regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial role in supporting transformation initiatives within the division. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead actuarial processes, ensuring timely delivery of reports
• Coach and mentor team members for professional growth
• Produce financial statements and monitor budget results
• Develop financial projections and pricing analyses
• Contribute to regulatory deliverables like ORSA reports Requirements:
• 7+ years of actuarial experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Fellowship of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA) preferred
• Strong analytical skills in actuarial analysis and forecasting
• Knowledge of IFRS17 GMM and insurance products
