Corporate Services Paralegal

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Vancouver law firm, is seeking a Corporate Services Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for a collegial, supportive environment that offers flexibility to accommodate both individual and firm needs.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual resolutions for BC companies, federal corporations, and societies
- Review and coordinate filings of annual reports and corporate records for extra-provincial corporations
- Assist with day-to-day corporate transactions, including director and officer changes, share allotments and transfers, redemptions, and dividend declarations
- Conduct due diligence reviews of basic corporate records
- Maintain and update corporate records, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
- Respond to inquiries from lawyers, clients, and corporate registries
- Provide additional corporate services support as required
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Corporate Services Paralegal role
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
- Demonstrates energy, commitment, curiosity, and creativity
