Corporate Controller Position in Vancouver

Amarc Resources Ltd. invites applications for a Corporate Controller based in Vancouver. Take charge of financial reporting, treasury management, and joint venture accountability in a full-time role. Reporting to the CFO, this position focuses on advancing policies within the finance sector while facilitating project success in the JOY, DUKE, and IKE districts. Your responsibilities will span from preparing financial statements to ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations and worthwhile transparency in reporting. Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP software will play a key part in your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and prepare financial reports
• Coordinate joint venture reporting and reconciliations
• Supervise accounts payable processes and payroll reviews
• Aid in financial forecasting and cash management
• Prepare necessary surveys and reports for regulatory bodies

• CPA designation and a degree in accounting required
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance
• Experience in publicly listed companies considered beneficial
• Knowledge of the mining sector preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
