Our client, one of the largest landlords of first class properties is looking for a dynamic and versatile Receptionist / Office Administrator. Advantages-Permanent position, 5 days-week (100% in person)
- A schedule of 9am-4pm (35 hours per week)
-Summer half-days on Fridays
-3 weeks vacation & 6 personal days
-Bonus eligibility (averaging $3000)
-Comprehensive insurance plan paid for by company

-Answer incoming calls
-Greet and welcome visitors
-Manage conference rooms and coordinate meetings
-Correspondence and logistics (receiving, sorting, distributing mail, packages and couriers)
-Update internal lists and tenant charts
-Assistance to the administrative assistant team with insurance files, data entry and contact lists
-Other general clerical duties as required
Qualifications
-Fluency in both English and French
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-At least one year of experience in a similar role
-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
-Ability to work as a team and good problem-solving abilities
-Courteous, friendly and professional
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English Summary
