receptionist / office administrator.

Our client, one of the largest landlords of first class properties is looking for a dynamic and versatile Receptionist / Office Administrator.

Advantages
-Permanent position, 5 days-week (100% in person)
- A schedule of 9am-4pm (35 hours per week)
-Summer half-days on Fridays
-3 weeks vacation & 6 personal days
-Bonus eligibility (averaging $3000)

Responsibilities
-Answer incoming calls
-Greet and welcome visitors
-Manage conference rooms and coordinate meetings
-Correspondence and logistics (receiving, sorting, distributing mail, packages and couriers)
-Update internal lists and tenant charts
-Assistance to the administrative assistant team with insurance files, data entry and contact lists
-Other general clerical duties as required

Qualifications
-Fluency in both English and French
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-At least one year of experience in a similar role
-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
-Ability to work as a team and good problem-solving abilities
-Courteous, friendly and professional

Our Client operates across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:

-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a regular basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
