As the BETA team grows, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Team in Montreal. In this role, you will help ensure that our team members are well supported, informed, and enabled to be great! You’ll work cross-functionally with our larger Beta team, and help optimize processes — all while growing your experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven company. This isn’t a box, just the core. How you will contribute to revolutionizing electric aviation:
Support smooth & efficient Montreal HQ day to day activities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Montreal facility (~85 team members), including supplies, equipment, vendor/maintenance coordination, and visitor management.
- Organize company events and large meetings, lead ad hoc committees, and support logistics for internal training programs.
- Develop and deliver French & English documentation, training materials, and internal communications tailored to the Montreal team.
Support the Canadian local activities in both French & English and interface with the rest of our organization to maintain alignment and consistency:
- Facilitate onboarding of new team members
- Support year-round intern hiring and maintain relationships with local universities to build a pipeline of emerging talent.
- Partner with IT, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and the broader Team Operations group for reporting and to align Canadian operations with company-wide standards while adapting to local requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience); prior coordination experience, particularly in a startup environment, is a strong asset.
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Exceptionally organized, able to juggle multiple deadlines, and maintain a high standard of data accuracy and consistency.
- Clear, confident communicator who is empathetic, service-oriented, and trusted to handle information with discretion.
- Resourceful, independent, and motivated to grow — comfortable exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Comment vous contribuerez à révolutionner l'aviation électrique:
Soutenir le fonctionnement fluide et efficace de notre siège social à Montréal:
- Prendre en charge les activités administratives générales et la gestion de bureau de Montreal (environ 85 co-équipiers): fournitures de bureau, équipement, coordination avec les fournisseurs/prestataires, gestion des visiteurs.
- Organiser et superviser les événements annuels et les réunions d’envergure, gérer les comités ad hoc et la logistique des formations internes.
- Élaborer et distribuer la documentation en français et en anglais, les matériels de formation et les communications internes adaptés à l'équipe de Montréal.
Appuyer les activités locales pour le Canada en Français et en Anglais, et interagiravec le reste de l’organisation pour maintenir l’alignement et la cohérence de nos actions:
- Faciliter l'intégration des nouveaux membres d'équipe
- Soutenir l'embauche de stagiaires toute l'année et maintenir les relations avec les universités locales pour constituer un vivier de talents émergents.
- Collaborer avec les équipes IT, Finance, Comptabilité, Juridique et le groupe Team Operations étendu pour aligner les opérations canadiennes sur les normes à l'échelle de l'entreprise tout en s'adaptant aux exigences locales.
Qualifications minimales :
- Un baccalauréat en Administration des affaires, Ressources Humaines, ou un domaine connexe (ou expérience pertinente équivalente) ; expérience en coordination, plus particulièrement dans un environnement d’entreprise en démarrage, un atout.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé).
- Compétences informatiques fortes, y compris la suite MS Office et particulièrement Excel.
- Exceptionnellement minutieux, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches et délais en parallèle tout en maintenant l'intégrité des données.
- Excellent(e) communicateur/communicatrice, faisant preuve d’empathie et orienté(e) vers le service — digne de confiance pour traiter les informations avec discrétion.
- Indépendant(e) et motivé(e) à se développer ; capacité démontrée à travailler de manière indépendante et à exercer un jugement sain dans un environnement dynamique et en forte croissance.

Compensation
$65,000—$75,000 CAD
